Beginners through advanced are welcome; if you can stand, you can begin this style yoga, as there are modifications for all stages and abilities.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component as the teacher instructs you in movement from one pose to the next on inhales and exhales.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is designed for those who would like to pursue yoga but may be physically unable to perform some of the intense yoga moves. In Gentle Yoga we work specifically on carefully stretching and increasing our flexibility and strength without irritating sensitive muscles and joints. Perfect for those recovering from surgery or with physical limitations.

Yoga For Athletes
Yoga for athletes! This yoga is targeted for those who are runners, bikers or athletes. Focusing on building strength, muscle tone and flexibility, stretching deep into the muscles and connective tissues. Athletic Yoga will increase your performance and fitness level. Incorporates some more challenging and advanced yoga poses.

Couples Yoga
Yoga means union. Couples yoga is the perfect way to help strengthen and renew your union with your partner. Couples yoga focuses not only on your health, flexibility and strength but also helps you develop a deeper awareness of each other, and helps strengthen communication and connection. Moving in sync with your partner, take what you learn home and continue to grow together.

Prenatal Yoga

One of the best things you can do to prepare your body for the birth of your child is Prenatal Yoga. Slow, gentle stretching will ensure your health and fitness in preparation for your newborn. Studies show it opens the hips, strengthens the abdomen and lower back to support the baby and prepares you physically and mentally for childbirth.
